Claim our fights, but only include us When we're perfectly in line/with your binaristic liberation narratives Claim our fights, yet act paralyzed At the sight of the exact exclusion we've for decades decried We finally started pushing back/While the dormant essentialism rears its ugly head Now ya never know who the fuck to trust The knives in our backs too heavy to see If there's light coming up Then you point at the fascists That we protest Who're open about their fucking hatred Well, that's the handful of extremists No we ain't the problem But go on to Police the shape of bodies and sexuality Where norms prevail we'll never, ever be free Where experience and identity Are under constant scrutiny As patriarchal categorizations run free Discourses that keep coming back Round with new ways of sounding progressive But still the same cissexist urge to exclude Those who don't belong nowhere cause yea whatever, things take time But that's no less terrifying Looking at the various lifetimes already spent in struggle The lives lost in the rubble So I don't wanna hear your pseudo-feminist babble!! We finally started pushing back As the dormant essentialism rears its ugly head Now ya never know who the fuck to trust The knives in our backs too heavy to see If there's light coming up Cissies fightin' to keep their right To kick us out when ever they like Too feminine Not feminine enough Drawing lines in the sand Universalize, Divide and separate But there's no fucking debate Ya ain't critical Your just turds painted red, so SHUT THE FUCK UP Now some of these lines have been said a thousand times So I keep coming back, asking if there's a point in me writing these rhymes So I'll try my best to stand and fight in solidarity With our most persecuted sibs, and all those downtrodden who might feel Some of these words No pride without a riot, no pride with the police Under the wings of the state, we'll never ever be free Corporations vague declarations of diversity Can go down the drain, we'll smash ur windows instead Loot ur warehouses and set Your officers ablaze Cause there's no liberation In assimilation Let's be impatient For destruction and creation We finally started pushing back As the dormant essentialism rears its ugly head Now ya never know who the fuck to trust The knives in our backs too heavy to see If there's light coming up

chords: verse: A Em B C | A Em B C/Ab instr.: A B C C | A B C Ab | A B C | F# B/C/Ab Once upon a time I never wanted to fight Why waste the energy if I Could create, explore my mind Was I just sheltered in subculture? Cause with every day I grew up Could see more and more bootlickers Trying their damn hardest to chew up Any community Whose existence offends their trist reality Whose liberation is incompatible With a constructed status-quo trying to frame their genocidal crusade For the power of those most to be disdained Hierarchies As anything but selfish, self-centered crap Friends lost to the haze of bigotry Virtual spaces normalizing misogyny Hate informed by tirades and memes Antisemitic, transphobic nonsense screeds Deriding all those for whom there's no room In those rigid, privileged world views Spurting absurd attacks at peeps I always knew deep down  to be my sibs and comrades And now one of us is murdered on the street Almost every fucking week The disgust and hate for those whining edgelords that I've always held proving so much more justified than I'd ever hoped So once, and for the rest of time I know to, and will be Ready to fight

content note: The lyrics contain references to and descriptions of various anti-trans arguments, behaviours, and violence. And also shitty laws.

oi!
To add an angry, rebellious something and to this year of struggle and the evermore looming, evermore threatening looming threat of fascism, and the intensifying; and more and more explicit genocide against trans* people, here's new songs, mostly about that kinda stuff, about queer liberation & despair, rage, and a little bit of joy and community. A lot of it grown from frustrations about how we're still dealing with the same shit; it's just been intensifying; despite all the vocal alleged 'support' of trans people, still barely any space in society being inclusive or considerate of most of us, while the outright traumatizing to murderous hostilities have grown in frequency.
Even though for a while things seemed to get better with the institutions at least here in middle and western Europe (excl. UK, wait is that Europe or not), the proclaimed support outweighing the platformed hatred, since, the rise of fascists and the unveiling of just how superficial parliamentarian support really is (as always) in regards to the German states' TERFy 'Selbstbestimmungsgesetz (Self-determination law)' has shown how encompassing the Reaction is, and that we can never feel too safe as long as there's a struggle to wage.
Not to say never to feel safe, I hope u find a way to through all of this.

To love, joy and keeping fighting!
